By accessing our spiritual platform or enrolling in our consciousness programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Sacred Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not participate in our spiritual offerings.

2. Description of Spiritual Services

SpiritBizHub provides spiritual growth and consciousness development programs specifically designed for entrepreneurs seeking authentic purpose and mindful leadership, including but not limited to:

• Meditation and mindfulness training for business clarity
• Spiritual mentorship and conscious leadership development
• Purpose discovery workshops and soul alignment sessions
• Sacred business planning and visionary goal setting
• Transformational retreats and wisdom circles

3. Participant Responsibilities

As a sacred participant, you agree to:

• Approach our teachings with openness, respect, and sincere intention
• Maintain confidentiality of personal sharing within our spiritual community
• Honor payment commitments and sacred exchanges as agreed upon
• Respect the spiritual boundaries and safety of all community members
• Notify us promptly of any changes in your spiritual journey or circumstances

4. Mentor-Student Sacred Relationship

All communications and teachings within our spiritual community are held in sacred confidence. We maintain the highest standards of spiritual integrity and will not share your personal journey details without your consent, except as required by Singapore law.

5. Investment and Sacred Exchange

Our spiritual investment structure will be clearly outlined in your program agreement. Sacred exchange terms include:

• Initial spiritual assessment and program consultation
• Monthly investment for ongoing spiritual guidance and community access
• Additional investments for intensive retreats and advanced programs
• Optional offerings for community support and scholarship funds

6. Refund Policy

Compassionate Refund Terms: We understand that spiritual journeys can take unexpected turns, and we strive to provide fair and compassionate refund policies for our sacred community. Our refund policy includes the following provisions:

• Initial Consultation: If you are not aligned with your initial spiritual consultation, we offer a full refund within 7 days of the session date, honoring your spiritual autonomy.
• Ongoing Programs: For programs already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on teachings received and spiritual guidance provided. Any unused program fees will be refunded within 30 days of program completion or withdrawal.
• Retreat Experiences: If spiritual retreat experiences have been delivered and Sacred teachings shared, refunds may not be available. However, we will work compassionately with you to address any concerns about the spiritual authenticity or quality of the experience.
• Third-Party Investments: Fees paid to external spiritual teachers, retreat centers, or certification bodies are generally non-refundable as these sacred investments have been made on your behalf.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us with an open heart and clear intention within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, honoring the sacred exchange.

7. Limitation of Spiritual Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to the spiritual guidance and teachings provided within our programs. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or material damages. Our maximum responsibility shall not exceed the total amount invested in our spiritual services.

8. Professional Spiritual Standards

We adhere to the highest spiritual and ethical standards as guided by authentic wisdom traditions and applicable regulations in Singapore. Our services comply with all relevant Singapore spiritual and business requirements.

9. Completion of Sacred Journey

Either party may complete the mentor-student spiritual relationship with conscious communication and loving intention. Upon completion, we will:

• Provide you with copies of your spiritual development records
• Return any unused program investments with gratitude
• Complete any ongoing spiritual guidance to prevent disruption in your journey
• Maintain sacred confidentiality of all spiritual sharing and teachings

10. Governing Spiritual Law

These Sacred Terms are governed by Singapore law and the universal principles of spiritual ethics. Any disputes will be resolved through compassionate communication and, if necessary, Singapore legal procedures guided by wisdom and understanding.

11. Changes to Sacred Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Sacred Terms to better serve our spiritual community and honor evolving consciousness. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with mindful notification. Continued participation in our spiritual programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Sacred Terms.
